There are great benefits to all those involved in a mentoring program. A mentoring program enhances an employee’s career development, job satisfaction, and retention. You as a Director gain a more productive employee who has a vested interest in the success of your office. Therefore, keeping these things in mind, we ask for a commitment from you to allow your employee to attend NJASFAA sponsored workshops and training events during the year in order to receive the maximum benefit from the mentoring program.

Since the committee strongly encourages attendance at the fall conference the first 15 mentees will be eligible for a $100 dollar discount off the 3 day registration fee and a $50 dollar discount off the 1 day registration fee.

For the first time NJASFAA is establishing a Leadership Track for mentees in this program. During the year selected trainings and workshops will be designated as being part of the Leadership Track. If a mentee is able to attend all these designated events he/she will qualify for a certificate of achievement.
